What is CORE?
CORE: Connect on Reframing Expectations is a 6-session early childhood behavior series designed for district teams to advance developmentally appropriate early childhood behavior guidance. Districts will have the opportunity to review evidence-based strategies that inform on understanding preschool behavior and applying the principles of the Pyramid Model to prevent and respond to challenging behaviors when supporting teachers, families, and children
Why CORE?
Who is CORE for?
Any team from a district with an early childhood program is welcome to apply. We encourage teams to include at least one Building Administrator who oversees discipline and one Behavior Specialist that focuses on early childhood to attend together. Applications must include at least one Administrator and one Early Childhood Leader. Who each team includes depends on the structure and needs of the district. Each district can register up to four participants on the application.
